    Unhappy Lost Gems

    I have accidentally transferred my 101 gems from my Gems to my Coins last Friday, April 8, while in the process of buying more gems. I have requested Team Lava to help me transfer back my gems as I don't need more coins (I have 25 million coins).

    However, I was told that they cannot undo the transaction.

    I would like to request Norman or anybody who is reasonable enough to help me.

    TeamLava (Norman, GroupMagma and their "customer support") will not help you in this matter. They've never helped anyone with such an unintentional transfer (purchase of coins with gems) before and you will be no exception.

    Thanks for your reply. If they have not done anything about accidental transfer (from gems to coins), then they could start helping their customers like me. That is what service is all about--going the extra mile. They will have more satisfied customers, as opposed to frustrated ones.

    We appreciate your concern, but at the moment, we don't have the ability to remove Coins from a user's account. Because of this, we aren't able to reverse these transactions. I apologize for the inconvenience.
